6. Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with current regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract (except in legally excluded cases, e.g., custom-made products).

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
